Frequently Asked Questions
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
These days, many patients voice their concerns over the safety of the health care environment pertaining to their protection. We understand and welcome your concerns. We want you to be comfortable knowing that we are taking all the steps necessary to make your dental visit a safe one.
Dr. Share and our team adhere to the “universal infection control precautions” recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). This includes using disposable items whenever possible, especially needles and gloves. We employ barriers to prevent passing germs by covering all frequently touched surfaces like headrests and light handles. We heat sterilize all instruments after each patient use and routinely test our sterilizer to insure that your level of safety is closely monitored.
